Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven applications.
The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge AI initiatives involving cloud AI services, deep learning, NLP, and scalable AI architectures. This role requires strong technical expertise, innovation, and the ability to build production-ready AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop AI-powered applications utilizing :
1. Large Language Models (LLMs)
2. Generative AI models
3. Cloud AI services
- Build scalable and production-ready AI/ML pipelines
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Develop and optimize deep learning and NLP-based systems
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud or on-premise environments
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development
- Continuously enhance existing AI workflows and engineering practices
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Must Have Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in :
1. Large Language Models (LLMs)
2. Generative AI solutions
3. NLP techniques
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and deployment
- Strong proficiency in :
1. Python
2. TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience building scalable AI/ML applications
- Understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and AI model optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Full-time 15 years of education (mandatory)
