Role : AI/ML Lead (Python + GenAI)

Job Description :

We are hiring an AI/ML Lead with strong hands-on experience building production-grade ML and GenAI systems using Python. The role focuses on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MLOps, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines (data , training , deployment).

- Build LLM/GenAI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.

- Fine-tune and evaluate models; handle feature engineering and data curation.

- Implement MLOps best practices : versioning, monitoring, retraining, drift detection, cost tracking.

- Deploy models via APIs/batch/streaming and integrate with microservices.

- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and secure AI deployments.

- Mentor engineers and translate business problems into AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years in software engineering/ML systems.

- Strong Python expertise and experience building production ML systems.

- Hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search.

- Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn, LangChain/LlamaIndex (any).

- Experience in model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring (MLflow/Kubeflow or similar).

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, and scalable system design.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and vector DBs (Milvus/Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS).

Good to Have :

- Kubernetes/Docker

- AIOps, data engineering background, telecom/high-scale products.
