AIML Engineer

Must-Have :

- Proficiency in any languages such as Python, Java, R, C++, and JavaScript is essential.

- Good experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

- Experience with NLP and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in building AI Agents and Chatbots using enterprise data. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing and will have hands-on experience in designing intelligent systems that can understand and interact using human language.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents using structured and unstructured data.

- Implement and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, and automation tasks.

- Apply NLP techniques for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, language modeling, and intent recognition.

- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions with business applications.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), preprocessing, and visualization to support model development.

- Evaluate the performance of models and continually improve them with new data and feedback loops.

- Utilize AI/ML frameworks and libraries for prototyping and production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Programming Languages :

- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), with experience in Java, R, C++, or JavaScript being a plus.

Machine Learning & Deep Learning :

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, SVM, decision trees).

- Experience with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

Natural Language Processing (NLP) :

- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text summarization.

Data Analysis & Visualization :

- Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

AI Frameworks and Libraries :

- Practical experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Additional Information :

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days per week from Noida office)

Experience : Prior experience in building AI-powered agents or chatbot systems is mandatory
