Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for business use cases.

- Lead technical aspects of AI solution development from data processing to model deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical guidance.

- Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.

- Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques (e.g., transformers, generative models, reinforcement learning).

- Contribute to the evolution of the AI/ML tech stack and tooling.

Job Specification/Skills and Competencies :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including building and deploying models at scale.

- Strong coding skills in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in ML pipelines and deployment using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services.

- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

- To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
