AI/ML Engineer - Python/PyTorch

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models and AI solutions

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and prediction

- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy

- Collaborate with software engineers for production deployment

- Monitor and retrain models to improve performance

- Develop APIs for ML model integration

- Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Knowledge of ML libraries : Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

- Experience in data handling using NumPy, Pandas

- Understanding of Supervised & Unsupervised Learning

- Basic knowledge of Deep Learning & Neural Networks

- SQL and basic database knowledge

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)

- Experience with model deployment tools (Flask/FastAPI added advantage)

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to NLP / Computer Vision / Recommendation Systems

- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with docker and basic DevOps practices

- Knowledge of MLOps concepts

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
