About the Role :

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to end-to-end ML pipelines, data engineering workflows, and real-world AI/ML solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and optimize ML models for NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics use cases.

- Build scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, validation, and deployment.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into ML solutions.

- Deploy ML models to production using MLOps tools (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning).

- Evaluate model performance, run experiments, and apply improvement techniques (hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, etc.).

- Integrate ML models with APIs, cloud services, and applications.

- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Expertise in ML libraries/frameworks : TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects.

- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML experimentation.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices integration.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud ML services.

Cloud & AI Platforms (any) :

- Azure Machine Learning / Azure Cognitive Services

- AWS Sagemaker

- Google Vertex AI

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Hugging Face Transformers, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs / LangChain, or agent frameworks.

- Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or enterprise AI tools.

- Experience working in Agile environments.
