Job Title : GenAI / Conversational AI Specialist

Type : Contract / Full-Time (customizable)

Experience : 5+ Years in AI/ML, specifically Conversational AI

Working Hours : 8-9 hours/day

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- AI/ML or Conversational AI : Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML systems, specifically Conversational AI solutions

- LLMs, NLP : Practical experience working with LLMs like GPT, BERT, etc.

- Prompt Engineering : Expertise in designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs; experience with fine-tuning models

- Azure OpenAI Services : Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI APIs, model deployment, lifecycle management

- Microsoft Copilot Studio : Experience building solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Microsoft Bot Framework : Proficiency with Bot Framework SDK and Composer for chatbot creation

- Azure AI Services : Strong familiarity with Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry

- API Integration : Integration with Microsoft Graph API and standard REST APIs

- RAG Architecture : Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using embeddings and vector databases

(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)

- M365 Copilot Plugin Development : Deep understanding of M365 Copilot APIs and plugin development patterns

- Coding Skills : Strong in Python and/or Node.js for backend orchestration, bot logic, and API development

Good to Have Skills :

- CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Containerization : Experience with setting up deployment pipelines, using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps for automation and scalability

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Conversational AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Bot Framework

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based apps (e.g., GPT-4, Codex)

- Create secure, scalable integrations with Microsoft Graph, M365 APIs, and RESTful services

- Implement RAG-based architectures and work with vector databases

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, deploy proof of concepts (PoCs), and lead end-to-end AI product delivery

- Develop Copilot Plugins for Microsoft 365 suite

- Ensure best practices in prompt design, model orchestration, and error handling

Preferred Certifications (Nice to list if available) :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Certifications in NLP or Generative AI technologies
