About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and GenAI models, along with a solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and deep learning architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI, NLP, and deep learning models.

- Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and work with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.

- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training and deployment.

- Implement GenAI solutions such as text generation, embeddings, summarization, chatbots, and automation systems.

- Work with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP for model deployment and scaling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.

- Optimize models for performance, latency, and accuracy.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.

- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch.

- Experience working with Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments.

- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, model pipeline creation, and MLOps.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good to Have :

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).

- Experience building AI-based automation tools or chatbots.

- Familiarity with Computer Vision or multi-modal models.
