AI/ML Engineer - Deep Learning

Job Summary :

Were looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build and deploy machine learning models at scale. The role involves working with large datasets, developing end-to-end ML pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate models into production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering and model deployment.

- Work with unstructured data such as text, images and logs.

- Implement LLM based features, prompt engineering and fine tuning.

- Run experiments, track metrics and improve model performance.

- Deploy models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.

- Collaborate with backend, data and product teams to deliver AI features.

- Maintain documentation, standards and best practices for ML development.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Practical knowledge of NLP, LLMs, vector databases and embeddings.

- Experience with data engineering tasks using Spark, Pandas or SQL.

- Hands-on with MLOps workflows such as CI/CD for ML, model versioning and Docker.

- Understanding of cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

- Ability to work with APIs, microservices and production ML systems.

- Strong math background in statistics and linear algebra.

Good to Have :

- Experience with RAG pipelines and LLM fine tuning.

- Knowledge of reinforcement learning.

- Experience with GPU optimization.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
