- Design and develop AI applications to enhance efficiency of risk management processes and deliver deeper insights for risk managers.

- Contribute hands-on using Python, AI/ML models, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.

- Build applications with LangChain and related AI frameworks.

- Partner with risk managers, model reviewers, and stakeholders across geographies.

- Contribute as a hands-on developer while mentoring junior members.

- Follow modern development practices including Unit Testing and CI/CD.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Strong expertise in Python programming.

- Minimum 2+ years of AI/ML project experience, including LangChain (must-have).

- Exposure to OpenAI APIs and AI-related modeling.

- Sound understanding of financial concepts and products.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills :

- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.

- Familiarity with advanced AI/ML models and capabilities.

- Interest in quantitative risk modeling and financial risk management.
