Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer at Talent Pro, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build, train, and optimize AI models that address real-world business challenges. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our product offerings and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Python and cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to create innovative solutions for our clients.

- Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy for specific use cases.

- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and suitability for model training.

- Implement and maintain robust model deployment pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of AI applications.

- Monitor model performance in production, identify areas for improvement, and implement retraining strategies to maintain accuracy and relevance.

- Research and evaluate new AI/ML techniques and technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI capabilities.

- Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications and develop new AI-powered features.

- Document all aspects of model development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proven experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform) and related services.

- Solid understanding of Generative AI techniques, including LLMs, GANs, and diffusion models.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore.
