Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) to address specific business challenges and improve key performance indicators.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance for a seamless user experience.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and feature engineering to extract valuable insights and improve model accuracy, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and communicate results effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain optimal accuracy and efficiency, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively explore new techniques and technologies to enhance our capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and other data processing tools to ensure data quality and availability for model training and evaluation, supporting reliable and accurate results.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling, to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques to extract, clean, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- Experience with data visualization tools to present insights and findings in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Adaptability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline and communication skills.
