- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments.

- Build and optimize NLP solutions using Transformers, large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and vector databases.

- Develop data-driven solutions using Python and core libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Work extensively with MongoDB, including advanced data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.

- Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, version control, retraining pipelines, and lifecycle management.

- Design and optimize scalable, high-performance APIs to support AI/ML services.

- Leverage Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed processing frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.

- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best engineering practices across the team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience integrating and deploying solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Open APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, LangChain, and AI agents.
