What We Are Looking For :

- Experience : 1-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.

- Agentic Frameworks : Strong grasp of agentic frameworks (i.e., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and their application in building production-ready agents.

- Core Skills : Demonstrated ability to build and deploy end-to-end AI-driven solutions.

- Inferencing : Knowledge and practical experience with model inferencing and optimization techniques.

- Fine-Tuning : Solid understanding and hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models.

- Communication : Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on client-facing projects.

- Cloud Expertise : Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
