AI/ML Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Machine Learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building ML/DL models, working with large datasets, and deploying models into production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements, tuning, and validation techniques.

- Deploy ML models into production environments (cloud or on-prem) and monitor model life cycles.

- Research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

- Build reusable ML pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent.

- Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and reproducibility of ML experiments.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and ML/DL libraries such as : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs / Transformers) is a plus.

- Good understanding of ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred services : SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and ML model deployment.

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.

- Certifications in AI/ML (optional but preferred).
