Role Summary :

Design and deploy AI models and agent-based automation for healthcare workflows, integrating into Onpoints platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and fine-tune AI/ML pipelines.

- Leverage LLMs, prompting, APIs, Tool Use, Dataset Validation, Agentic AI, Multiple

- Context engineering from multiple data sources and type eg. Healthcare Data.

- Develop AI agents for ChartFlow, CodeFlow, CareFlow, NetworkFlow.

- Translate business processes into AI-driven solutions.

- Deploy models securely with Azure DevSecOps team.

- Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models for Performance, Hallucination, Drift, Overfitting.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5-6 years in AI/ML engineering

- Proficiency in Python (C#, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure ML Studio, LangChain).

- AI agent development experience.

- Follow Secure coding framework NIST SSDF

- MLOps exposure (data pipelines, monitoring).

- Healthcare/SaaS experience preferred.
