Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and software engineering, with experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to business needs, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.

- Data Processing : Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Model Training & Optimization : Train, test, and tune models to achieve high accuracy and performance. Optimize models for efficiency and scalability.

- Deployment : Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

- Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and techniques. Apply innovative approaches to solve complex problems.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and systems to ensure maintainability and reproducibility.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns within the team.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

- Experience : 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.

- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI areas is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/ML in specific domains such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in peer-reviewed journals.

- Certifications in AI/ML from recognized institutions or platforms
