Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect / Lead to design, build, and scale advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. This role will lead the technical direction of AI initiatives, mentor ML engineers, and work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI systems, including LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead AI/ML and LLM architecture

- Build and deploy ML and LLM models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

- Develop LLM applications using Hugging Face and LangChain

- Create solutions like chatbots, search, and summarization

- Set best practices for model development and deployment

- Ensure models are scalable and reliable in production

- Mentor ML engineers and review their work

- Work with product and business teams on AI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch

- Extensive experience with Hugging Face libraries (Transformers, Datasets, PEFT, Accelerate)

- Practical experience building LLM applications using LangChain

- Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures

- Experience with model deployment, APIs, and microservices

MLOps & Cloud :

- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar)

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Data & ML Foundations :

- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP fundamentals

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale datasets

- Knowledge of model evaluation, interpretability, and bias/fairness considerations

Good to Have :

- Exposure to multi-modal models (text, image, audio)

- Experience with open-source contributions or research publications

- Prior experience leading AI teams or acting as a technical owner
