Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and architectural vision to transform business requirements into intelligent, data-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ML frameworks, data pipelines, model life-cycle management, and cloud-based AI services.

Key Responsibilities

Design End-to-End AI/ML Solutions

Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions covering :

- Data ingestion and processing

- Feature engineering

- Model development and training

- Deployment and monitoring

- Utilize platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake (Snowpark, Streams, Tasks). Leverage AI Foundry for enterprise-grade workflows and automation.

MLOps & Lifecycle Management

Define and implement frameworks for :

- Model versioning and experiment tracking

- Automated retraining pipelines

- CI/CD for ML systems

- Monitoring and performance tracking

- Use tools such as MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AI Foundry, and GitHub Actions.

Technology Evaluation & Optimization :

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement optimal ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud services aligned with business requirements.

AI Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with business leaders and data stakeholders to :

- Define AI/ML strategy and roadmap

- Align initiatives with organizational goals

- Deliver measurable business outcomes

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to standards for :

- Data privacy and security

- Model fairness and bias mitigation

- Explainability and transparency

- Operational excellence

Leadership & Mentorship

Provide technical leadership by :

- Mentoring data scientists and engineers

- Promoting best practices and design standards

- Developing reusable frameworks and accelerators

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or data engineering

- Minimum 2 years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

- Experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Proven expertise in deploying and optimizing ML models in Azure cloud environments

- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Snowflake data platforms

Preferred Skills :

Strong understanding of :

1. Data pipelines and ETL workflows

2. Feature engineering and feature stores

3. Cloud-native AI/ML architectures

- Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, and AI Foundry

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions

- Knowledge of large-scale distributed data processing
