Role Overview :

This role is central to the AI for ALL vision and will drive the transformation of existing applications into an advanced Agentic AI platform. The selected candidate will architect scalable, intelligent systems enabling multi-agent collaboration, dynamic intent routing, and enterprise-grade RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems enabling collaboration across domain-specific agents (Telco, Finance, Commerce).

- Design a high-precision intent classification engine to dynamically route user queries across multiple models and agents.

- Build automated RAG pipelines with web crawling and ingestion to convert unstructured data into production-ready knowledge systems.

- Architect context and memory management frameworks for personalized and context-aware AI experiences.

- Lead foundation model selection and fine-tuning strategies for domain and language proficiency.

- Define secure function-calling and integration protocols for transactional APIs and digital commerce use cases.

- Establish MLOps best practices including model versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and governance across environments.

Must Have :

- Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect with production-grade Generative AI and LLM implementations.

- Strong expertise in building agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.

- Deep experience designing RAG architectures, vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone), hybrid search, and re-ranking strategies.

- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs with external APIs using function calling and tool-use frameworks.

- Strong understanding of scalable AI architecture, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise AI governance.
