Set the vision and build the foundational AI infrastructure for our US based Health Tech Firm. You will own the transition from AI concepts to production-grade features that scale across thousands of patients and millions of interactions. This is a 100% hands-on role for a builder who writes production code, not a hands-off architect.

- Architect & Execute: Own the full AI stackfrom model gateways and RAG pipelines to agent orchestration and observability.

- Productionize at Scale: Move beyond prototypes. Design systems that balance latency, cost, and safety in a high-stakes clinical environment.

- AI Tool Integration: Build a cohesive stack using LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), vector stores, and AI voice/telephony.

- Responsible AI: Lead HIPAA-compliant designs, PHI handling, and hallucination mitigation.

What You Bring (Technical Bar) :

- The "Shipper" Track Record: Proven experience taking AI applications from 0 to 1 in a live, production environment.

- Deep LLM Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of function calling, structured outputs, and streaming via modern APIs.

- RAG & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), and multi-step tool-use workflows.

- Engineering Fundamentals: Strong Python or TypeScript/JS skills with a solid backend foundation (REST, Async, Cloud).

- Evaluation Rigor: Experience building "Golden Sets" and evaluation harnesses to track accuracy and regression.
