Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for automated billing processes.

- Integrate AI/ML technologies with existing billing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

- Work on LLM integration to improve automated communication and customer support within

billing.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to create innovative

solutions.

- Utilize C# development skills to enhance existing systems and develop new features related to billing automation.

- Analyze existing billing processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.

- Conduct testing and validation of AI agent effectiveness and performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to

continuously improve solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of AI integration techniques and methodologies.

- Experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.

- Proficiency in C# development for building and enhancing applications and solutions.

- Solid programming and debugging skills for effective solution implementation.

- Experience with automation frameworks and tools, particularly in the billing domain.

- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML application development, particularly in billing

or financial systems.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
