AI Head - Generative AI

An AI-enabled Enterprise Tech platform is looking for a visionary AI leader to shape and scale AI capabilities across LLMs, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities :

- Define, architect, and execute the AI & Computer Vision roadmap across ERP and automation products.

- Lead development of enterprise-grade LLM and computer vision solutions, from prototyping to deployment.

- Build and mentor a world-class team of machine learning, data science, and computer vision engineers.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI into production-grade systems.

- Guide the development of edge-AI, multi-modal (vision + language) models, and generative AI solutions.

- Drive experimentation, model optimization, and continuous delivery through robust MLOps pipelines.

Eligibility :

- 915 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years leading AI/ML and Computer Vision initiatives.

- Strong expertise in building and scaling NLP, CV, and generative AI models in production environments.

- Deep experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and RAG systems; prompt tuning, fine-tuning, few-shot learning.

- Proven experience deploying computer vision systemsvideo analytics, defect detection, facial recognition, etc.

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable inference/deployment techniques.

- Familiarity with model compression, distillation, quantization, and ethical AI practices.

- Working knowledge of edge AI and real-time inference systems is a plus.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
