AI Governance Specialist - Collibra/BigID

Role : AI Governance Specialist

Experience : 5 years to 8 years

Work location : Pune / Hyderabad / BangaloreHybrid or remote

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days

Shift timing : 3 :00 PM to 12 :00 AM (IST)

Ensure compliance, bias monitoring, and responsible AI governance practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years in data/AI governance.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance frameworks.

- Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Technical & Analytical Skills :

- Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLflow, ModelDB, DataRobot).

- Understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model validation, and performance monitoring.

- Deep understanding of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability.

- Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO standards).

- Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles).

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement AI governance processes.

- Monitor bias, explainability, and fairness.

- Maintain model audit trails and documentation.

- Collaborate with compliance teams.

- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for AI/ML initiatives.

- Establish policies for responsible AI use across the organization.

- Maintain Model Audit Trails and Documentation

- Track model lineage, versioning, and performance metrics.

- Document decisions made during model development and deployment.

- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Data Teams

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).

- Partner with data scientists and engineers to embed governance into the ML lifecycle.

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation

- Identify potential risks associated with AI systems (e.g., ethical, reputational, operational).

Proficiency in tools like :

- Governance platforms : Collibra, OneTrust, BigID

- ML Ops tools : MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker

- Bias & fairness tools : IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool
