Role Overview :

As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building AI-powered products and platforms that drive investment intelligence.

This position demands technical excellence, hands-on problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to process structured and unstructured data from MLS, tax, zoning, and off-market sources.

- Build intelligent scrapers, APIs, and ETL pipelines to aggregate data from property listings, economic indicators, migration trends, and legal documentation.

- Develop automated property underwriting systems for metrics such as NOI, Cap Rate, IRR, and Cash-on-Cash returns.

- Create deal scoring engines to evaluate profitability, risk, timelines, and zoning opportunities.

- Generate investor-ready reports and daily ranked deal lists based on predictive analytics.

- Design dashboards and reporting tools for internal strategy and future investor platforms.

- Implement real-time feedback loops to refine models and improve prediction accuracy.

- Collaborate closely with leadership to align technology development with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in building production-grade AI/ML applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Uvicorn, PostgreSQL, and real-time data processing.

- Experience with ETL pipelines, API development, and handling large-scale datasets.

- Familiarity with geospatial data, economic modeling, and property technology is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a builders mindset and the ability to work independently.

- Entrepreneurial attitude; willing to take ownership and operate like a founder
