Key Requirements :

- 9.5 to 12 years total experience (Manager + IC track)

- Expertise in Agentic AI (multiple projects delivered) + Advanced RAG systems

- Strong communication for client/stakeholder management

Technical Must-Haves :

- Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)

- RAG pipeline design & optimization (vector DBs, retrieval accuracy)

- Python, LLMOps, Model fine-tuning, API development

- Production-grade AI systems architecture

Leadership Expectations :

- Manage engineering teams + hands-on delivery

- Client-facing presentations & requirement gathering

- End-to-end project ownership from PoC to production

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's Computer Science/AI/Data Science

- 15 years full-time education (No part-time/distance)

Location : Gurgaon | Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid (3-4 days WFO)
