About the Role :

The AI Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap of building a scalable, compliant, and cost-efficient AI/ML platform.

This platform will integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into doolas product and internal tools.

As a priority, the role focuses on enhancing customer experience, improving efficiency, and ensuring governance as the company scales its Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the AI roadmap to align with business objectives.

- Build scalable machine learning and data infrastructure.

- Deploy domain-adapted LLMs into production environments.

- Ensure the AI platform is reliable, cost-optimized, and compliant.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to power customer-facing features and internal efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering.

- Proficiency in Python and machine learning techniques.

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong understanding of building scalable AI/ML platforms.

- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production
