We are hiring for a large global advisory firm (Big 10) undergoing significant expansion in its AI and digital transformation practice. This is a high-growth environment focused on building enterprise-scale AI capabilities across global business functions.

The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems, driving deployment, scalability, and operational excellence of machine learning solutions in a structured and high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for CI/CD and lifecycle management

- Ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring and telemetry

- Manage model versioning, upgrades, and release processes

- Optimize AI systems for performance and cost efficiency

- Implement governance, security, and audit controls for AI deployments

- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and cloud teams

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with Azure ML, Data Lake, Synapse, App Services, Cosmos DB

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)

- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring

- Proficiency in Python and data workflows

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning

- Exposure to model observability and incident management
