Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in AI workflow engines and AI tools for audio transcription and insight generation. Experience in medical transcription and clinical insights is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will help design and implement AI-driven solutions for transcription, insight extraction, and automated reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimize AI workflows using AI workflow engines (e.g., n8n.com, Zapier AI or similar platforms).

- Integrate AI tools for audio transcription and speech-to-text processing.

- Analyze transcribed data to extract meaningful insights and generate structured reports.

- Implement keyword/entity extraction and summarization logic.

- Map extracted keywords to standardized codes (e.g., CPT), where applicable.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions.

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance when handling sensitive data.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Total 5 + years of experience with 1 year experience in AI.

- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with AI workflow engines and orchestration tools.

- Experience with audio transcription and speech-to-text technologies.

- Strong proficiency in Python and integrating AI/ML APIs.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Desirable / Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with AWS Transcribe Medical or similar healthcare AI tools.

- Knowledge of CPT codes or healthcare coding standards.

- Exposure to healthcare data, compliance, or HIPAA-related systems.

- Experience with NLP models for domain-specific text analysis.
