Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions using the latest techniques in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build innovative products that address critical business challenges. Your work will directly impact the performance and scalability of our AI platform, enabling us to deliver superior value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and efficient AI models using NLP, LLMs, and other machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Develop and deploy generative AI solutions for various applications, including content creation, data augmentation, and synthetic data generation.

- Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate and refine AI models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.

- Work with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLMs, identifying opportunities to improve our existing solutions.

- Contribute to the development of our AI platform, enhancing its capabilities and expanding its functionality.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for AI development.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI models using NLP, LLMs, and other machine learning techniques.

- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience with generative AI models and techniques.

- Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as scikit-learn, NLTK, and spaCy.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
