About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to design and build the next generation of Generative AI applications.

You will be at the forefront of AI development, leveraging LangGraph to create intelligent, stateful workflows that power advanced chatbots, AI copilots, and enterprise knowledge systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust AI workflows using LangGraph for the orchestration of LLMs, tools, and APIs.

- Build end-to-end GenAI applications, including chatbots, internal copilots, and knowledge assistants from concept to production.

- Implement and optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases (e., Pinecone, Chroma) for improved accuracy and performance.

- Integrate and manage various Large Language Models (e., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama) within our architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient AI solutions.

- Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and techniques to improve our AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications (Must Haves) :

- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.

- 1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with LangGraph.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying RAG-based applications and working with vector databases.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the LangChain ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of integrating and tuning various LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.

- Knowledge of graph-based workflows and state machines.

- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product development environment
