We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer III to design and scale next-generation agentic AI and autonomous systems that solve complex enterprise business challenges. This role requires strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and AI solution deployment within production environments.

As an AI Engineer III, you will play a key role in driving the organization's adoption of advanced AI capabilities by building intelligent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and workflow execution. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement autonomous multi-agent AI systems to address real-world business problems.

- Define and contribute to the roadmap for agentic AI adoption, experimentation, and enterprise-scale deployment.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and Client Delivery teams to embed AI-powered capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.

- Build and optimize AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced NLP techniques.

- Fine-tune NLP and generative AI models to enhance performance, scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Develop orchestration workflows for intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or custom-built agent architectures.

- Ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models in production environments.

- Drive responsible AI implementation by ensuring transparency, fairness, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers while promoting best practices in AI architecture and engineering.

- Represent AI initiatives in leadership discussions, internal innovation forums, and client engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 5-8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or AI architecture roles.

- Recent hands-on experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or autonomous agent-based systems.

- Strong expertise in NLP model optimization, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design.

- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar orchestration platforms.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional collaboration

experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to enterprise AI deployment and MLOps practices.

- Experience working with cloud platforms and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Understanding of AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and compliance standards.

- Experience working in Agile or product-led environments.
