This role is for a junior to mid-level engineer. The successful candidate will work closely with more senior engineers who will mentor and guide them. Youll dive into the heart of innovation, crafting intelligent systems that empower millions worldwide. From designing generative AI solutions to pioneering agentic workflows, youll collaborate with internal and external teams to transform knowledge into a catalyst for growthunleashing your edge while helping others do the same.

Responsibilities :

- Hands-on AI/ML software engineer

- Work with product owners and curators to understand requirements and guide new features

- Collaborate to identify new feature impacts on existing services and teams

- Research, prototype, and select appropriate COTS and in-house AI/ML technology and design

- Collaborate with team to design, develop, and maintain supporting systems

- Document designs and implementation to ensure consistency and alignment with standards

- Create documentation including system and sequence diagrams

- Create appropriate data pipelines for AI/ML

- Analyze, curate, cleanse, and split data

- Utilize and apply generative AI for products and for daily productivity

- Periodically explore new technologies and design patterns with proof-of-concept

- Participate in developing best practices and improving operational processes

- Present research and work to socialize and share knowledge across the organization

Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 years of relevant work experience and experience with generative AI and fine-tuning models

- Ability to design and document APIs, data models, service interactions

Familiarity with and ability to explain :

- testing strategies unit, integration, system

- system and API security techniques

- data privacy concerns

- microservices architecture

- vertical vs horizontal scaling

- Generative AI, NLP, DNN, LLMs, auto-encoders, etc.
