Were looking for an AI Engineer - Developer Enablement who can bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with the real-world needs of developers. This role goes beyond AI expertiseits about understanding developer workflows and driving practical adoption of AI within engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Tool Integration : Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) across diverse development teams and environments.

- Use Case Development : Design, simulate, and prototype real-world development scenarios to showcase AI tools impact in various tech stacks.

- Developer Advisory : Provide technical support and guidance for developers working in Python, Node.js/Angular, and Java (Spring/Maven) ecosystems.

- Workflow Optimization : Enable teams to leverage GitHub Actions and GitHub-native workflows for CI/CD pipelines enhanced with AI.

- Community Enablement : Create clear documentation, demos, and best practices to maximize developer productivity with AI tools.

- Continuous Feedback Loop : Collect developer insights and feedback to refine AI tool usage and explore new opportunities for adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java (Spring/Maven), and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Angular).

- Deep understanding of GitHub workflows including GitHub Actions and GitHub Copilot.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Studio and exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications (preferred).

- Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms, ideally in a developer productivity or enablement context.

- Proven ability to simulate and prototype real-world development use cases.

- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, developer-first mindset.
