AI Engineer - Data Modeling

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Voicebot and Chatbot solutions using NLP/NLU/NLG frameworks.

- Implement speech recognition, text-to-speech, and intent classification systems for real-time interactions.

- Integrate AI-powered conversational solutions into enterprise applications and platforms.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to improve conversation design and user flow.

- Train and fine-tune language models for improved accuracy and contextual understanding.

- Monitor performance and continuously enhance conversational AI models.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Conversational AI and Voicebot development.

- Strong experience with NLP/NLU platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.

- Hands-on experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies (Google Speech API, Amazon Polly, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or spaCy.

- Experience integrating AI bots with messaging channels (WhatsApp, IVR, MS Teams, etc.).

- Strong understanding of conversation design principles and context management.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA).

- Experience in multilingual conversational AI solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
