Key Responsibilities :

Model Development :

- End-to-End Ownership : Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, build AI pipelines, and deploy models into production.

- Application Integration : Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI solutions into web, mobile, or enterprise applications.

- Data Processing : Handle large datasets including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and augmentation.

- Testing & Validation : Perform rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and performance in production.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, developers, and data scientists to align solutions with business and technical needs.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and related domains.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Experience :

- 1 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML development

- Exposure to Generative AI, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech technologies

- Experience in end-to-end AI lifecycle (data preparation to deployment)

- Experience collaborating with software development teams

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex

- Understanding of Generative AI techniques (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models)

- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training and deployment

- Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD, Docker

- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Flask/FastAPI

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Pandas, or Spark

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have :

- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)

- Exposure to frontend/backend technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js)

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong project portfolio
