Were looking for our first few founding AI Engineers to help build Guickly from the ground up. This is not a role for someone looking to execute narrow tickets or operate within rigid processes. Youll own large parts of a foundational AI product from day zero, shape our technical direction, and help define the culture we build around engineering excellence.

If you have a deep, almost obsessive passion for building AI systems - and the drive to turn ambiguous ideas into real, working products - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build the core architecture of our autonomous AI engineer from first principles.

- Solve complex, open-ended problems at the intersection of AI models, backend systems, and product workflows.

- Develop scalable, reliable systems that move from prototype to production.

- Work closely with design partners and early users to translate real-world needs into a world-class product.

- Make key technical decisions around models, infrastructure, system design, and tooling.

- Define and influence the long-term technical roadmap and engineering culture of Guickly.

- Take full ownership of features and systems - from idea to deployment to iteration.

What Were Looking For :

- 5 - 10 years of experience building complex software systems, with strong exposure to AI/ML-driven products.

- A strong sense of technical taste and intuition for what makes a product feel polished, fast, and magical.

- First-principles thinking and comfort operating in high ambiguity.

- A true generalist mindset - able to own problems end-to-end, from code to customers.

- Deep curiosity and passion for the craft of building AI systems, not just using APIs.

- Low-ego, high-impact collaborator who raises the bar for the people around them.
