About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer with strong Python expertise and real-world experience in LLMs and agentic systems. You will work on building intelligent, scalable AI solutions that power next-generation products and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.

- Build scalable, production-ready Python services with clean architecture and high code quality.

- Integrate LLMs with external APIs, vector databases, and retrieval systems for advanced AI use cases.

- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, model inference, and orchestration workflows for performance and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and DevOps teams in an agile development environment.

- Ensure best practices in documentation, testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Continuously evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve system efficiency and outcomes.

Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Python with solid understanding of OOP, async programming, and REST API development.

- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.

- Practical exposure to agentic architectures, orchestration, and intelligent workflow automation.

- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, PGVector, Weaviate, or equivalent solutions.

- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and model fine-tuning.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 3+ years of professional experience in Python-based backend or AI-focused development roles.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
