Role Overview :

Were looking for a hands-on AI Computer Vision Lead to build and own our visual intelligence stack from research and model prototyping to optimized edge deployment.

Youll tackle one of the hardest open problems in computer vision: enabling machines to perceive and reason about complex processes in dynamic, real-world kitchen environments.

What Youll Do :

- Own the end-to-end computer vision pipeline - research, architecture, model development, optimization and deployment.

- Design and implement multi-task vision systems that interpret the cooking process in real time.

- Architect efficient model pipelines for constrained on-device inference.

- Define and execute data strategy from collection and labeling to validation in collaboration with product teams.

- Work closely with software and product to integrate models into the product.

- Rapidly prototype and iterate to achieve a balance of accuracy, efficiency and reliability.

What Were Looking For :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in computer vision / applied ML / deep learning, ideally with edge AI or robotics exposure.

- Strong grasp of CNNs, transformer-based architectures and multi-task learning.

- Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow and full-cycle model development.

- Experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation).

- Ability to productionize models and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Strong instincts for data design and annotation strategy.
