JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title : AI Computer Vision Engineer

Experience : 2-5 years

Reports To : Project Manager / Founder / CTO

Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development and training of custom object and action detection models using OpenMMLab frameworks (MMDetection & MMAction2). You will work closely with the software and deployment team to integrate real-time AI vision into CCTV video streams.

Responsibilities :

- Train and fine-tune object detection models using MMDetection

- Train and fine-tune action recognition models using MMAction2

- Prepare and manage datasets (annotation, cleaning, augmentation)

- Evaluate model performance, optimize for accuracy and speed

- Convert and optimize models for deployment (ONNX, TorchScript)

- Collaborate with backend and DevOps engineers for real-time integration

- Guide annotation teams and define labeling standards

Required Skills :

- Strong Python programming (3+ years)

- Deep understanding of CNNs, object detection, action recognition

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and OpenMMLab (MMDetection/MMAction2)

- Familiarity with annotation tools (CVAT, Label Studio)

- Knowledge of inference optimization (ONNX, TorchScript)

- Basic use of Docker for development/testing

Preferred :

- Experience with video datasets like COCO, AVA, UCF101

- Exposure to OpenCV and real-time video processing

- Prior experience with CCTV video projects
