Required Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with at least 1+Yrs enterprise AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Azure AI, IBM Watson Assistant, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress.
- Experience with AI Agents, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, and Search AI.
- Expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering for AI-powered automation.
- Experience in enterprise application development and AI workflow automation.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience in REST API development and API integration.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Good working Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Prior experience in enterprise AI implementations for CX/EX automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise AI Platform Expertise : Hands-on development using one or more AI platforms (Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Azure AI, Google Dialogflow, IBM WatsonEx, Yellow.ai).
- Solution Design & AI Architecture : Architect AI-powered solutions, integrating NLP, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering for scalable enterprise applications.
Full-Stack Development :
- Frontend : Develop user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Backend : Build scalable APIs and services using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- API Development & Integration : Implement REST API integration and custom API development to connect AI services with enterprise applications.
- LLM Integration & AI Workflows : Implement AI-driven automation workflows, fine-tune LLMs, optimize AI training models, and integrate AI solutions with business processes.
- Search AI & Knowledge Management : Develop AI-powered search and knowledge retrieval systems for enterprise-scale automation.
