Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI-powered applications.

You will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the user experience by ensuring our AI solutions are robust, accurate, and performant, leading to increased customer satisfaction and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive automation test strategies for AI-driven applications, focusing on accuracy, performance, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Python and relevant frameworks like RestAssured and Playwright.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops for the development team.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality software releases.

- Collaborate with data scientists to validate AI model performance and identify potential biases, contributing to the development of fair and unbiased AI solutions.

- Contribute to the development of test data and test environments to support comprehensive testing of AI applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and automation testing, and proactively recommend improvements to our testing processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing automation testing frameworks for complex applications.

- Proficient in Python programming and experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as RestAssured and Playwright.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.

- Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential risks, and develop effective test strategies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
