We are seeking a seasoned Selenium Tester with a specialized focus on Agentic AI to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional test automation and cutting-edge generative AI, designing robust frameworks to validate complex LLM-driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to ensure the reliability and safety of autonomous agents. Your work will directly influence the quality of our AI products, ensuring they deliver accurate, secure, and seamless experiences for our global user base as we push the boundaries of intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain advanced Selenium-based automation frameworks integrated with Python to ensure high-coverage testing for web-based AI applications.

- Develop specialized test suites for LLM-based agents using Langchain to validate prompt responses, reasoning capabilities, and contextual accuracy for end-users.

- Execute comprehensive API testing to verify the seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end AI models, ensuring data integrity and low-latency performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to identify edge cases in agentic behavior, thereby reducing production defects and enhancing system reliability.

- Mentor junior team members on modern automation practices and AI-testing methodologies to elevate the overall technical maturity of the quality assurance department.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Python, with a proven ability to handle complex, dynamic web elements.

- Hands-on experience in testing Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing workflows via Langchain, with a deep understanding of how to evaluate AI-driven outputs.

- Strong proficiency in API testing tools and methodologies, ensuring robust communication between microservices and AI agents.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
