AI Automation Manager - Python/Golang

Requirements:

- Strong programming skills in Python or Golang.

- 10+ years of software development experience.

- 3+ years of experience managing software teams (as a Team Leader or a Manager, or an Engineering Manager).

- Good to have experience in big data technologies like: Spark, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, Parquet/ORC formats).

- Experience in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with orchestration tools like Airflow.

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS services).

- Good to have experience with messaging queues like Rabbitmq, etc.

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

- Experience recruiting for and building software engineering teams, the ability to inspire and motivate team members, a strong technical background in software engineering and architecture, and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
