Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Automation Engineer to join our high-impact engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional software quality assurance and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will spend your day architecting robust automation frameworks, integrating Generative AI models into testing workflows, and optimizing LLM-based applications to ensure enterprise-grade reliability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable automation solutions. By driving the adoption of AI-driven testing, you will directly influence the speed of our release cycles and the overall quality of the digital experiences delivered to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Python and Java to streamline testing processes and reduce manual intervention across complex UI and backend systems.

- Integrate Generative AI and LLM-based tools into the CI/CD pipeline to automate test case generation, execution, and defect analysis, significantly accelerating time-to-market.

- Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies to refine AI model outputs, ensuring high accuracy and relevance in automated test scenarios.

- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain scalable automation environments, ensuring high availability and performance in cloud-native ecosystems.

- Mentor junior SDETs and automation engineers by establishing best practices in code quality, test coverage, and AI-driven diagnostic techniques to elevate team performance.

- Analyze system performance and reliability metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in product stability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building complex automation frameworks using Python and Java, with a deep understanding of Selenium for robust UI test automation.

- Proven ability to leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models to solve real-world engineering challenges, specifically in the context of automated testing and quality assurance.

- Strong expertise in prompt engineering techniques to optimize the interaction between automated systems and AI models for improved testing outcomes.

- Extensive experience working within cloud environments, demonstrating the ability to manage and scale testing infrastructure effectively.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical AI strategies to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships across global teams.

- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in SDET or automation engineering roles, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, adapting quickly to evolving technologies and shifting business priorities.
