AI Automation Engineer

We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy an AI-powered agent that can understand natural language queries, interpret intent, and trigger the correct workflows in Make.com . The agent will serve as a bridge between our platform's users and our connected applications (e. g., Google Sheets, CRMs, third-party APIs).

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement an AI query interpreter using GPT (or similar LLMs).

- Create structured JSON outputs from user queries to be consumed by Make.com workflows.

- Set up and manage Make.com webhooks and scenarios to respond to AI-triggered events.

- Integrate with connected services (Google Sheets, CRMs, email platforms, etc. ).

- Build error handling, validation, and logging for AI Make.com communications.

- Collaborate with the team to map natural language intents to automation actions.

- Optimize prompts and API usage for speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Requirements :

- Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat) or similar no-code automation tools.

- Strong knowledge of API integrations and webhooks.

- Familiarity with OpenAI API (or other LLM providers like Anthropic, Cohere).

- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js ).

- Experience with Google Sheets API and/or Google Apps Script.

- Understanding of JSON data formatting and validation.

- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience building chatbot interfaces (web, mobile, or messaging platforms)

- Knowledge of middleware tools for request/response management.

- Prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning experience.

- Familiarity with databases for storing query logs and user sessions.
