VCG builds production-grade agentic AI systems that transform enterprise workflows across industries going beyond simple task automation into real, running production deployments.

We're looking for AI Architects, Leads, and Senior Engineers to design and ship agentic AI systems end-to-end from LLM orchestration to enterprise-grade solution architecture.

What you'll work on :

- Designing and building autonomous agent systems using LangChain / LangGraph and modern LLM frameworks

- Architecting scalable, production-grade agentic AI solutions APIs, microservices, distributed systems

- Solution architecture across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing, and enterprise integration

- Applying core ML/DL fundamentals Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP, Scikit-learn to real business problems

- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into deployable AI systems

What we're looking for :

- 415 years of experience across AI/ML engineering, GenAI, or solution architecture (seniority flexible Architect / Lead / Senior tracks all open)

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLMs

- Strong Python fundamentals; familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks

- Working knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, and data structures

- Bonus : experience with stakeholder management and enterprise solution delivery
