AI Architect - Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the AI architecture strategy aligned with business goals and technology standards.

- Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions encompassing data ingestion, processing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and cloud services to meet project requirements.

- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Develop reusable AI components and frameworks to accelerate development and deployment.

- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

- Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot AI technologies to demonstrate feasibility and value.

- Guide the organization in adopting AI technologies and building AI capabilities through training and mentorship.

- Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and research to continuously enhance AI capabilities.

- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing infrastructure.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI development.

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture or AI solution design.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with cloud AI services like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML, or others.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data engineering pipelines.

- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related discipline.

- Experience deploying AI solutions at scale in cloud or hybrid environments.

- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and governance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with automated machine learning (AutoML) and MLOps practices.

- Prior experience leading AI teams or managing AI projects
