Role Overview :

As an AI Architect at Sysmind Tech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the development of innovative AI products and services that drive significant value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment, to meet specific client needs.

- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical documentation to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Research and experiment with new AI technologies and techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define AI strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business objectives.

- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex AI solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP techniques.

- Proven expertise in Python programming and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI models in cloud environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Experience in Technical Architect roles with 10- 14 years of relevant experience.
