Role Overview :

As an AI Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive significant business value. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into scalable and robust AI architectures.

You will be responsible for selecting the right technologies, designing data pipelines, and ensuring the performance and reliability of AI models in production. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver innovative AI-powered products and services to our customers, improving efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and robust AI architectures leveraging cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to support machine learning models and AI applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints for AI solutions.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage of large datasets, ensuring data quality and accessibility for AI model training and deployment.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies and tools based on project requirements, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Define and enforce best practices for AI development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in the AI domain.

- Research and experiment with new AI technologies and techniques to identify opportunities for improving existing solutions and developing new AI-powered products.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively conveying the value and impact of AI solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring, using cloud-based platforms.

- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, with a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (Azure, AWS, GCP) relevant to AI/ML, including compute, storage, networking, and security.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience : 6 - 15 years.
